Electro-Hydraulic thrusters with electromagnet-holding function

Electro-hydraulic thruster with electromagnet holding is a structure compact and electro-hydraulicly drived control device, which integrates the motor, centrifugal pump, oil cylinder and DC electromagnet as a whole. The thruster can be used as drive device equipped on a brake that need long time to keep release condition, it is widely used as the drive device of various drum and disc brakes.And it also can be used as the drive control of various industrial valves, gates, orientation swaying and revolving (＜90°）mechanism and clamping device.

MAIN FEATURE

The surface of motor shaft and pusher shall be OPO treated (OPO technology from France) to make the seals much more durable.

Motor is a non-oil dipping structure, F grade insulation, good heat-resistance and long lifetime.

Both motor of thruster and wiring of electromagnet are led out from terminal box, terminal box is set up with a seal, wire-incoming adopts cable stuffing box of corresponding specification should be equipped.The protective class of housing is up to IP65.

The housing is cast aluminium alloy, with light weight and attractive appearance.

Electro-hydraulic thruster can work for a long time with the aid of electromagnet holding, low temperature-rising and power consumption,high energy-saving efficiency.

The restoration time of push rod is short( namely the restoring response time), acts quickly.

ADDITIONAL DEVICES

Upper limit switch：can indicate whether the thrust rod is pushed to the specified position or not．

Lower limit switch：can indicate whether the thrust rod is pushed back to the specified position, and the upper and lower limit switch can be set simultaneously．

Additionally set heater：when the ambient temperature in operating place is lower than -25℃，if required by customer, a heater can be added, parameters of the heater see table 1.

Foundations can be installed by revolving 90°(pelease note it when customers ordered),head of push rod can be turned 360°freely,all thrusters can be vertically and (≥15°) obliquely or horizontally installed,the balancing air chamber is shown as riht figure：
